THE ORDER OF THE DRAGON 2013

A big congratulations to Elena for winning the 2013 Order Of The Dragon.  As a result I present her with this wonderful certificate of achievement and 1200 deviant points to use as she wishes.  Still working on the 1 year sub to deviantART and promise she will get that too when I can afford it.  This award is going to change in 2014 as their is no longer going to be a poll to decide winners anymore.  Instead I am installing a panel of 5 judges who will judge all works for the Award Of Excellence and the Order Of The Dragon.  I believe this gives this contest (heading into its 6th year) a more fair and balanced chance for all candidates chosen. 
Once again I congratulate Elena and her work will be shown for the next 15 days in my journal.
